Audit Senior (Newly Qualified / Qualified) Top 100 Firm
Elite Search is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded, Top 100 Accounting Firm, based in Central London, looking to recruit five motivated and experienced Audit Seniors starting in Q1 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth journey and make a significant impact within a reputable firm. These positions are designed for career progression, and we are looking for individuals ready to lead audit engagements and contribute to our team's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and review.
Conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare and review high-quality audit reports and other deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering professional advice and identifying areas for added value.
Qualifications & Experience:
Newly Qualified or Recently Qualified: Ideally seeking candidates who have qualified within the last 1-2 years.
Open to those with 1-2 exams remaining to qualify, provided they have experience performing the role of an Audit Senior.
Preference for candidates who are capable of independent and team-based work with a focus on excellence and continuous development.
Open to experienced Semi-Seniors.
Candidate Profile:
Strong technical audit skills with the ability to manage client engagements effectively.
Good understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client expectations and team workflow.
Start Date: Q1 2025
